                                                                  LEGAL NOTICE

                                                      ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Busti will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Busti Administration Building, 125 Chautauqua Avenue, Lakewood, New York, to consider the following applications: 

Application of Marilyn Schumacher and Patricia Moore, Ashville, New York, for an area variance to split the existing lot into two parcels.  One parcel with a width of 50 feet and the other parcel with a width of 35 feet.  And to construct a 12’ x 30’ shed on the new parcel with the width of 50 feet on property located at 2458 Keller Road, Ashville, New York.  Property is owned by Patricia Moore and is known as Section 367.20, Block 2, Lot 9 of the official tax map of the Town of Busti.  Property is in the Lakeshore Residential District.

Questions regarding the above applications may be directed to the Town Clerk’s office at 716-763-8561.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such hearing.
